Canadian Compliance

Do I need a PAL or RPAL to purchase from you?

Yes and No… You don’t need a license to buy most parts. However, according to Bill C21 you do need a PAL to purchase certain items, including all

Barrels, Magazines and Pistol Slides as well as other “Prescribed Parts”.  Our compliance team along with our legal counsel has come up with the

        following list:

        RPAL Required:

        -All pistol and revolver barrels.

        -All pistol slides.

-All complete lower parts kits and slide completion kits designed to complete Glock and Sig P320 pattern pistols.

-All rail kits designed to complete Glock Pattern Pistols.

-All rifle barrels less than 18.6” designed for Semi-Auto Center Fire Rifles.

        PAL required:

-All magazines and rifle clips regardless of application.

-All rifle barrels except those listed above.

        -All revolver cylinders.

-All AR15 pattern parts that are integral to the functionality of the firearm.

-All AK pattern parts that are integral to the functionality of the firearm.

-All M14 pattern parts that are integral to the functionality of the firearm.

-All parts for CX4 Storm, Ruger Mini 14 and all other rifles deemed prohibited under OIC.

Do you pin magazines? Are the magazines you sell legal in Canada?

Yes, they are legal. All magazines will be pinned to be Canadian compliant before import into Canada. This typically means 5rds for rifle magazines and 10rds for pistol magazines. Some exceptions apply. We DO NOT sell any variation or style of LAR-15 Pistol magazines. All AR-15 magazines are pinned to 5rds regardless of the magazine body size.

The items you sell on your website, are they legal in Canada?

Yes, they are legal. We only list products that are available and legal to the Canadian market. All items are verified by our compliance department; please note compliance is subject to change based on Canadian permittance.

These products will have a “BCW-” at the beginning of their product code, and will say 'In Canada Now' in the product description.  These items will be shipped as soon as possible from our Canadian facility.

Otherwise, all other items will be imported from the US accordingly.

Orders that include both "In Canada Now" items and items being imported from the US, will be held until the order is completely fulfilled and is in Canada. If you do not want to wait, please place a separate order with only 'In Canada Now" inventory and it will be shipped as soon as possible.

What does the 'Pending' order status mean? What does the 'Processing' order status mean? What does ‘Allocated’ status mean?

When an order is 'Pending', it has not yet been accepted into our import schedule. Your credit card is charged upon submission of your order.

When an order is updated to ‘Processing’, it has been assessed and added to the next import schedule.

When an order is updated to ‘Allocated’, it is being processed for shipping at our Canadian facility.

Why are your prices in USD?
