Import Process

We are a fully licensed and registered US exporter. 

We do an import to Canada from the US approximately every 8-12 weeks. This schedule is subject to change.

All products are purchased directly from our website in USD.

The total for an order is what you see at checkout. Only our standard flat rate shipping and applicable sales tax will be added. There are no additional import fees after your order arrives in Canada. Please click here for our shipping and return policies.

All orders are on a pre-sale basis; available products are shown ‘In Stock’ on our website so purchases can be made ahead of an import schedule. If you are interested in an item that shows 'Out of Stock', please contact us.

Procurement of an item takes place over several weeks after your order is placed. Items are not physically in hand at our US warehouse at the time of order placement.

Once we have received your order from the supplier, your items are then allocated and processed in our US facility for the next available import to Canada.

If your item(s) are not able to make a scheduled import, (i.e., they are on backorder with the supplier) we will move the order to the following import, with no action needed on your part. We will continue to do this until the order is fulfilled. Your order status will be updated accordingly and you will be notified via email.

After an import arrives to Canada, orders are normally processed and shipped within a week. Please note, our email reply time may be temporarily delayed as all staff are dedicated to processing order shipments.

You will receive tracking information via Canada Post. (If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam or junk mail folder.)

Additional Information:

If you are after an item that is not listed on our website, simply send us the direct manufacturer or supplier weblink of the product you are interested in, and we can provide you with pricing and availability information.

Please note the In Canada Now category on our website. Products with the code “BCW-” are in Canada and are ready for immediate shipment and do not need to be imported.

Orders that include both "In Canada Now" inventory and US imported items will be held until the order is completely fulfilled and is in Canada. If you do not want to wait, please place a separate order with only 'In Canada Now" inventory and it will be shipped as soon as possible.

Attention Third Party Purchasers:

We are no longer offering the third-party exports service.

This means we do not export items purchased privately by an individual (i.e., through a private seller, friend, Gunbroker etc.)

All items exported to Canada must be purchased directly through our website.
