This is a precision-manufactured, highly durable, and rock-solid replacement for your stock plastic channel liner sleeve. By reducing unwanted friction within the firing pin assembly, this item helps extract every ounce of performance out of your Glock. Stock plastic molded sleeves have imperfections, size variations from the process, such as mold release tabs, may not be perfectly internally round and may also have internal burrs or blemishes increasing firing pin friction and reducing the actual speed of the firing pin assembly.

BENCH TEST - Actual bench testing has seen these types of results. The breakaway force for the Glock OEM stock firing pin assembly within the OEM plastic sleeve averages around 69.3 grams, with the same Glock OEM firing pin assy and using only an NDZ Brass Channel Liner we saw that number come down and remain very consistent. The results yielded an average breakaway force of 42.5 grams. In the end, you will see less friction, offering better and more consistent results. The Brass liner offers reduced friction based on material properties and manufacturing a CNC part vs molded part is much more controllable both via dimensions and tolerance control-wise.
