This is the Bren 806 / Bren 2 ACR Stock adapter for the first time in 6061-T6 aluminum

First question I get asked:  does this require a screw to take down?  NO!  This utilizes a pinned latch just like the factory original rear heads.

The adapter and all parts are hard coat Type II anodized black and machined in 6061-T6 aluminum.

These are pre-assembled so all you have to do is remove the pin from the ACR stock hinge assembly (from the bottom is recommended so you don’t mar the top of your rifle, adapter, or stock), separate the ACR knuckle from the ACR stock, cupping the assembly for the spring that will pop out, align this with our adapter while keeping the spring in the cup assembly, then re-insert the hinge pin (we recommend you freeze the pin overnight to make it easier to install and oil it before hammering in, again from the bottom).

The adapter itself has a main body, a latching pawl, a latch pull, a screw that holds it in, a spring at the seat to engage the latch, and a locking pin with an AR detent and spring to lock in place to make sure you don’t accidentally disengage the latch.
