These are the Colt M4 stocks that are delivered on new Colt rifles.  Charlie's gets new stock from the manufacturer, and also takes off stocks from new rifles, so never used, packed in milspec plastic.

DOD Mil-spec waffle stock for Colt contract, made by Prudent American, which is the successor and parent to P&S Products, and has been making parts for the M4 rifle for 20 years.
