The Afterburner Linear Compensator is one of the slimmest linear compensators on the market, yet is designed to give the same performance of larger “fatty” linear comps made by other companies. Measuring 1.00 inches in diameter and 2.25 inches in length with a 1.80 inch long inner chamber, the Afterburner features internal threading which serves dual purposes: distributing gas flow to reduce flash and provide a threaded surface where optional threaded muzzle ends, such as flash hider and compensator tips, can be added on for additional effect. The Afterburner will fit inside the Manticore Arms AR-15 Transformer Forend. The Afterburner Linear Compensator is marked “MA” and “USA” to denote 922r compliance and includes a crush washer and has wrench flats for ease of installation
