The CZ 457 MTR Aluminum chassis is designed to improve the fit and function of your rifle by offering increased stability and a more comfortable platform to shrink those groups at the range. Rigid construction prevents flex no matter your position or rest. The fully machined aluminum chassis provides a rock solid precision bedding fit for your action, and the forend is designed to freefloat barrels up to .950″ in diameter (includes all CZ factory varmint profiles). This chassis is threaded at the rear for AR buffer and stocks, the trigger guard accepts popular AR pattern grips, and the forend is equipped with plenty of MLOK slots and two QD mounts. The entire chassis system is machined from billet 6061T6 aluminum and hard coat anodized to MIL-A-8625. Trigger guard is included.

Torque spec on CZ 457 action screws is 20-35 in*lbs. Final torque can be checked against accuracy; some rifles seem to prefer a lower torque, some prefer a higher torque. There is no need to exceed 35 in*lbs on the action screws.
