HK Rifle Tac Latch For HK 91, G3, HK 93, & 33

HK's were designed to have a quick one-handed release capability for the magazine (paddle mag release). However, the semi-auto versions eliminated this much-needed feature due to import restrictions. Presently, you have two choices to remedy this situation. You can spend $250+ to have a qualified HK gunsmith permanently modify and install the original HK paddle release, or you can get Tac-Latch for a fraction of the price. The tac latch system is even easier to use as it is in a position where your thumb would naturally index for the fastest magazine release times. The newest version has a machined textured surface for more positive handling and faster mag releases. The Tac-Latch requires NO modifications to the weapon (Factory HK spec firearms, some clones, PTR91's, and custom builds will require light fitting). The Tac latch installs in minutes and can be removed without permanent marks or changes to your firearm.

Compatible with the following HK Firearms with magwells built to factory specifications using factory HK parts:

• HK91, G3, SAR8, FMP,
• PTR91, CETME (fitting required as well as needing factory HK spec mag catch)
• HK 93, 33, 53 Rifles
• Most HK .308 & .223 clones and custom builds that are built to factory specs.

Please Note: Some HK's and clones, for some reason, have an older rounded style mag catch. To use the Tac Latch, you must use a factory HK correct mag catch with the milled edge. We offer these as a separate item should you need one below.
