This is a bolt-up G36 style set up for the SL8 rifle. This gives you a pistol grip and side folding stock similar to the G36. You can swap in your fire controls from your SL8. The side folder is designed to clear the ejection port when folded. The system is held in with a sling-pin style mount. No other mods are required for the installation to the SL8 to get you the G36 look without the expense of doing a full rear section style conversion.
